Woman-Centered Transformational Coaching

“Having done all I could do, given all I could give, received all I could receive... Living with nothing left on the table...
This is how I want to live my life.”
HOW IT STARTED
When I went through big life changes a number of years ago, I started my life over with the question, “What do I want to do with my life now?”
So, I began to connect with my own inner yearnings and went through the same process that I am now offering to women. Once my purpose became clear from the inside out, my whole life aligned.
BACKGROUND
Since my early twenties, I have been dedicated to the path of transformation. After getting my M.A. in sociology and German literature, and after a short excursion into the corporate world, I moved from Germany to Bozeman, MT 23 years ago and dedicated my life to spiritual practice. By going through the fire of studying myself and living in community I developed discipline, groundedness, and insight into human nature - along with compassion and a good portion of humor!
Committed to making the greatest contribution during my life, I went through the profound process of completely reinventing myself in recent years. I left behind the life I had built to expand into a larger purpose which led me to my coaching training with Dr. Claire Zammit and the Institute of Woman-Centered Coaching, Facilitation and Leadership. I am currently pursuing a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling.
My life-coaching programs bring together my experiences over two decades as a mentor of women and life coach, in both one-on-one and in groups. In my work I combine insight into the nature of human existence with the powerful tools of Woman-Centered Coaching.

“As a midwife for unrealized potential, I am passionate about supporting women in becoming themselves, creating fast and powerful results.”
When I am not coaching, I am painting abstract mixed media art and having the best time doing it. I also created a successful language teaching business, built a house out of shipping containers, played in a women’s rock band, and danced tango for many years. I am happily married to my wonderful husband Duke.
